Every registered charity must file an annual T3010 Registered Charity Information Return with the Canadian Revenue Agency.
T3010 filings for the Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support (operating as Threads of Life) dating back to 2007 can be found on the CRA website under Charities Listings.

The Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support – Threads of Life has been accredited by Imagine Canada’s Standards Program [external link]. The Imagine Canada Standards Program offers accreditation to charities and nonprofits that can demonstrate excellence in the areas of board governance, financial accountability and transparency, fundraising, staff management, and volunteer involvement.
Threads of Life’s accreditation was approved on November 25, 2013, and replaces the organization’s previous adoption of its predecessor, the Imagine Canada Ethical Fundraising and Financial Accountability Code.
The Standards Program Trustmark is a mark of Imagine Canada used under licence by Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support – Threads of Life.
